Overview

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role is to assist with all aspects of Sales Administration including the processing of Leads and quotes.  To provide our customers with the best possible Customer Service.

 

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

Web Leads

  • Enquiries - check to see whether the customer has been in touch before
  • Note info
  • Check information is completed correctly on SBS
  • Pass onto either TSE or TSSE with any extra noted info.
  • Downloads - check to see whether the customer has been in touch before
  • Note info
  • Check information is completed correctly on SBS
  • Pass onto TSE, or make courtesy call
  • Update lead and/or diarise a call back
  • General Enquiries – process or pass on as necessary
