We are looking for a strong administrator who has strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels and with different departments to join our Health, Safety and Environment department based here in Andover but with travel to branches location within the UK
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HS&E team and Group Safety committee, managing projects through to conclusion, collating information and analysing statistics, Producing reports, taking minutes, arranging accommodation and travel for the team.
You will provide assistance to the lead auditor where required for internal audits, update Health Safety and environment documents via the internal website, record incidents and request investigation reports to close and maintain certifications – RoSPA, SafeContractor, CHAS
We are looking for someone who has the ability to plan, prioritise and organise workloads, ability to work unsupervised at all locations within the UK, previous experience in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher as well as experience of working in a busy office
You must be calm and effective under pressure, have excellent communication skills, a full driving license is essential to this role along with a flexible approach to hours worked and occasional nights away.
