Overview

Customer Service Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for an additional experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our Passenger Division in Andover. 

The successful candidate will be able to deliver excellent customer service skills and is confident in dealing with internal and external customers.

You will be expected to assist with various aspects of Sales, Contracts and Installations administration and to ensure that it is processed in a timely manner and 100% accurate.

Responsibilities

  • Support our Installations Teams by sending weekly reports to the site teams to keep them up to date with new jobs being added and progress on current jobs; ensuring all completed documentation is received back in the office is recorded, scanned and processed in line with the agreed procedures;  issuing information packs to site teams as and when required. 
  • Provision of PA support to our two Direct Sales Managers, Trade Sales Manager and H&S Manager
  • Responsible for ensuring that the telephone is answered in a courteous and prompt manner
  • Ensure all orders received are entered onto Lifts 2007
  • Checking invoices against margin report and investigate any anomalies, liaising with our internal and external customers and Sub-Contractors to resolve any issues.
  • Responsible for completion and reply to requests from our customers for questionnaires
  • Responsible for ensuring any PPE required by our Sales and Installation Teams is ordered as and when necessary
  • Collating information and updates for the Steering Group in relation to our monthly team briefs.
