Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Call Centre for the position of Sales Advisor.  The role requires a strong, confident communicator who makes customer experience their number one priority bringing our products and services to life, leaving our customers with an experience that they will want to go away and share with their friends.  Your passion for achieving defined sales targets, combined with an ability to build rapport with customers would make you a perfect addition to our team.

Responsibilities

  • To proactively respond to customer phone calls, emails and web enquiries and to advance the enquiry along with Stannah Sales Process with a view to booking and confirming appointments for our Sales team in the field.
  • To act as a link between the office and the direct team
  • To act as a link between field sales and telecentre, debriefing and capturing key information after every appointment to facilitate ongoing customer communication

Skills/Experience:

  • Telesales, Sales and customer service experience essential
  • Call Centre experience desirable but not essential
  • Confident and engaging-
  • A passion to deliver a high standard of customer service & sales professionalism
  • Professional appearance
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Computer literate and confident in using databases and MS Office applications
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work
  • A great work ethic and be a team player
  • Attention to detail and care about getting it right for their customers
  • Routing/scheduling of field sales/service appointments (Desirable/Training provided)

Shift Times

The Telecentre is open Monday – Thursday 8am – 8pm, Fridays 8.00am – 7.00pm, covered on a rota basis.  Saturdays 10.00am – 3.00pm and Sundays 11.00am-2.00pm covered on a rota basis (currently 3 weekend day shifts on a 6 week rota).  We also work bank holidays between the hours of 10.00am – 2.00pm, covered on a rota basis.  Shift times might change depending on the business requirements

Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Customer Service NVQ (Desirable but not essential)
  • Sales Training (Desirable but not essential)
