We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to provide and support the service support teams within Customer service with day to day activities. This position will be located at Stephenson Close. This role is within a Business to Business International Team and is a Permanent Full-time position


The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Service. The candidate to work on own initiative and work well under pressure as this is a busy and demanding role.


Working hours are: Monday – Thursday: 08:00am – 16:45pm (with 45 Minute Lunch Break) and Friday: 08:00am – 13:00pm


Service Support Role:

  • Log & highlight all reported quality issues in Ofbiz
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met in line with the departmental service level agreements
  • Offer support and assistance to the Service Support Lead
  • Input data and maintain the customer database
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints as required
  • Evaluate and make decisions based on customer requests to meet their expectations
  • Deal with administrative tasks
  • Open to new tasks arising within this role
  • Attend training and development on soft and hard skills required for this role

Skills and Experience

  • Able to plan, prioritise and organise workload.
  • Excellent inter and intra personal skills as well as customer service skills to work effectively with internal and external departments and business customers.
  • NVQ in Customer Service or equivalent is a preference.
  • Second language is a preference.
  • Experienced working with an international customer group.
  • Able to communicate efficiently with UK and non UK internal and external customer groups.
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills.
