We have an opportunity for a Spares and Refurbishment Coordinator to join our Platform lifts division based here in Andover. You will be expected to provide warranty, spare component parts and technical solutions for Stannah manufactured product and purchased platform lifts, in line with the Stannah 10 year spares policy and contribute towards annual sales targets.
The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for Stannah service branch and Trade customers requiring warranty components ensuring materials are controlled and recorded via the established NCR process, you will provide retail recommended prices for spares and delivery options to the Stannah group and trade customers as required, purchase bespoke products not stocked on line with customer demand and communicate anticipated lead times, be aware of new product introduction and have close contact with the Production engineering team’s effectivity dates, manage slow moving stock levels and write off/down all redundant materials as required.
We are looking for someone who has a firm understanding of current historical electrical, electronic and mechanical design, can identify, organise and plan their activities to optimise time available, works well with others, contributing to the group effort to resolve supply issues. You will be expected to work flexibility and thrive in a multi-skilled factory environment, have an eagerness to learn and apply new skills whilst demonstrating a high level of accuracy in your work.
You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels and with different departments, demonstrates passion, energy, drive and self-motivation, seeking opportunities to improve and learn. Have the ability to challenge the norm, make structured decisions and suggestions for improvement, able to listen and be receptive to ideas of others, whilst maintaining a professional manner.
