An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join the team at our Christchurch Branch.
The work is varied and interesting involving all aspects of Service Branch administration which will involve call handling and distribution of the jobs, therefore the ability to pay strict attention to detail is essential. Your previous experience of working within a busy office environment will ensure you have the skills to liaise effectively with our Engineers and provide a friendly and professional service to our customers.
Ideal candidates will be computer literate with accurate keyboard skills. Previous experience using Microsoft Office would be useful, but not essential as training will provided as necessary. Good communication skills, both written and verbal are important attributes.
Main working hours will be: 07:00am - 15:15pm with some requirements to work betweem 08:00am - 17:15pm on occasions.
