    Stannah is a family owned and run company with a global presence. The In-house Recruitment Specialist will manage the end to end recruitment process for all roles across the UK which includes Stairlifts, Lifts, Microlifts, Management Services, Sales and Installations, Maintenance and Repair and our upholstery division Global Upholstery Services.

      

    Working closely with the HR team, you will provide an excellent customer service for all applicants throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback either directly or via a recruitment agency. You will support the hiring managers in arranging and conducting interviews and in managing the recruitment portal, maintaining a professional approach and providing timely responses at all times.

      

    Working in a fast paced environment, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates to match them to temporary or permanent positions using a variety of recruitment methods and recommending creative ways of attracting new talent across the Stannah Group.

     

    You will have the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with our hiring managers, recruitment agencies on our PSL and Account Managers including iCIMS, LinkedIn and Indeed.  You will also maintain the recruitment portal (iCIMS), generating monthly reports on recruitment activity.

      

    Proven experience in an internal recruitment role and use of a recruitment portal (ATS) is essential along with the ability to handle a variety of roles at all levels.

     

    Experience in implementing recruitment campaigns in a manufacturing, engineering and distribution environment is desirable.

     

    GCSE’s grade A-C in Maths and English along with HR Related qualifications such as CPP/CIPD level 3 or any professional recruitment qualifications is desirable.  

     

    Microsoft skills in excel, word and outlook are essential, advanced skills are desirable.
