    We have an exciting career opportunity for an Apprentice Administrator at our Global Upholstery Solutions Business.

Through work experience, studying, coaching, training and development (both practical and vocational) you will complete a course of study and obtain work related professional qualifications ensuring they are able to carry out the role of administrator competently and effectively within a pre-determined time frame


    As an apprentice Administrator you will learn how to use our bespoke made IT  system ofbiz, learn all about office administration – administration of petty cash, administration of company credit card payments, arranging of meetings, accommodation and transport, learn to take minutes and type these up, learn how to run reports on staff overtime along with liaising with HR.


    You will also learn about order fulfilment - record and distribute requests for quote (RFQs) to the team, setting up new customers on Ofbiz, entering orders onto Ofbiz, maintaining pricing structure for standard parts, coordinating production plan with the line managers, ordering materials on Ofbiz in line with agreed production plan, Processing supplier delivery notes, First line chase of suppliers, creating and issuing customer delivery notes, updating customer databases where appropriate, raising invoices on Ofbiz, resolving customer invoice queries, coordinating customer complaints and distributing to the team and coordination of Special Customer Requests.


    We are looking for someone who is leaving school this June after sitting there GCSE’s/A-Levels, who has Grades A-C in maths and English. Whilst also having outstanding organisational skills, excellent time management, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with customers
