  • Overview

    We are recruiting for 3 Lift Service Engineers to  carry out repairs and maintenance on all types and manufactures of vertical Lifts, within the commercial sector, reporting into the Dartford service branch.  We are looking for engineers within North London, North West London and South West London, you will cover work witin your designated area.

     

    You will be paid door 2 door travel and work a 39hr- 48hr week between the hours of 8:00 - 4:45 Monday - Thursday and 08:00 - 15:45 on a Friday, participating in a rota system which will require you working up to 21:00 and occasional weekends -  overtime outside your normal working hours  is paid at 1.5 

    The role comes with a van, mobile and a uniform

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • You will work throughout your designated area, but will also assist our Engineers in other areas covered by the branch, as and when required to do so.
    • Attend maintenance visits on vertical lifts
    • Carry out minor repair work.
    • Participate in our 24 hr call out rota covering the whole of our central region.
    • You will be expected to manage your own service route with the minimum supervision.

    Qualifications

    • Must be qualified to a minimum NVQ level 3 or working towards it.
    • Preferably have experience in the maintenance/call out on all types and manufactures equipment.
    • Some computer knowledge is an advantage as you will be required to use a mobile comms to log all calls and customer information.
