    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the team at our National contracts department based in Orpington. This team supports a wide range of national clients including Retail, Housing Associations, Local Authorities and many more.


    The successful candidates will be responsible for accurate collation of data from our branch network, liaising between our Regional service branches and clients to meet both internal and external customer targets. Therefore, you will need the ability to develop strong business relationships with both internal and external customers.


    • Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications and excel spreadsheets.
    • Ensure key reports are produced to timescales using excel spreadsheets.
    • Progressing deadlines with Stannah branches to meet customer targets.
    • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organisational operations and effective service to the customer, colleagues and contractors.
    • Interpret instructions and issues arising and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
    • Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.
    • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities where necessary.
    • Engage in continuous improvement activities.
    • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management.
    • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
    • Any other administrative tasks required by the team.
