  • Overview

    We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to support our Service Branch in Bristol. The role will be supporting customer service delivery, in providing written quotations and sales support to meet targets.


    1. Work as part of the sales team to prepare and provide written quotations to customers.
    2. Complete customer sales requests managing the customers’ expectations with the Field Repair Manager and Operations teams, ensuring all sales & productivity levels are delivered. 
    3. Ensure all customer orders are complete, both paperwork and financials.
    4. Create letters and compile enquiry packs for sales projects.
    5. Ensure all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records are accurate and complete.
    6. Ensure all sales & productivity levels are delivered.
    7. Analyse and present business performance data, weekly and monthly reporting.

    This list is not exhaustive, and the jobholder will be expected to undertake any duties within their capacity to meet the needs of the business and/or the sales function.


    Skills and Experience

    • Experience in a sales driven or analytical role
    • Customer facing skills in a B2B and/or B2C environment
    • Ability to plan, prioritise and organise workloads
    • Capable of interpreting, presenting and reporting data
    • Excellent level of accuracy
    • Proficient skills with the entire Microsoft Office suite of products.
