    Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join us in the role of Project Coordinator within our IT Department based in Andover.


    You will be part of a dynamic, talented team of people, committed to delivering high quality software into our organisation.  If you have a passion for problem solving, continuous improvement and development then this is the role for you, assisting our team with the delivery of projects.  We are looking for creative people who enjoy finding ways to solve problems and would like to start a career in IT, Project Management or Business Analysis.  


    What is the role?

    This diverse role, which will involve working with multiple project teams to assist with project delivery and business transformation activities.  You will be working with Agile project teams where members rely on each other to do whatever is needed to make sure the project succeeds. 

    This role would suit a recent graduate or college leaver who would like to start a career in IT or business.  Training will be provided and there will be opportunities to progress into a Project Management or Business Analysis role.


    Who do we need…

    We are looking for somebody who is pragmatic, level headed, can work independently and enjoys finding creative ways to solve problems.  You will be a self-starter with great verbal and written communication skills


    What will you be doing?

    • Assist in the running of meetings and workshops
    • Work with people across the business to ensure the efficient delivery of projects
    • Collect, question and interpret information from the business units and share this knowledge with your project team to ensure they can create useful software that benefits the business
    • Work with team on project work to keep activities on track and running to schedule.
    • Assist with project communication
    • Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
    • Perform quality assurance activities such as testing the IT system
    • Assist in the management and maintenance of business data       


    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to work well with large and diverse teams
    • Ability remain calm and focused in difficult situations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
    • High level of IT literacy
