    The successful candidate will be given a fantastic opportunity to work with Lead Product Designers within the Concepts department to design and develop exciting new user centred products that are customer focused, innovative and class leading. The role will be varied, enabling you to appreciate all aspects of the design process; from user research to concept development through to prototyping and testing.


    • To understand and interpret design
    • Working closely with end users, engineers, marketing and other departments throughout the design
    • Conduct effective research i.e. user, products, materials and emerging
    • Produce a wide range of concepts that meet the design brief and present these in a way that can be easily understood using the most appropriate media i.e. sketches, renderings,
    • Carry out detailed design within a CAD
    • Build prototypes using many techniques from card modeling to using our in house RP
    • Carry out physical testing within our engineering test
    • Producing reports and presenting design ideas to colleagues and/or senior management at various stages of the design process and modifying the designs according to the feedback you
    • Occasionally travelling to exhibitions, customers, distributors and suppliers which may involve trips
    • Working to deadlines
