    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Welder to join our small team at our Anton Mill site in Andover in the Platform Lifts Division


    The ideal candidate will ideally hold a recognised welding qualification, have experience in MIG welding and fabrication,  along with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.


    The welder must have the ability to work unsupervised and be able to work to tight deadlines.


    Part of the interview process will be to complete a welding test, therefore experience within this area is essential.


    • Complete lift parts inline with the production schedule (welding, cutting, sanding, and drilling).
    • Read drawings to determine and produce welded assemblies
    • Produce welded assemblies from prototype drawings
    • Rotate through all welding bays
    • Be flexible and be able to move to other areas within the shop floor
    • To maintain a high standard and quality of work
    • Ensure safe working practices at all times
    • Responsible for good housekeeping in your own work area


    • 2/3 years of MIG welding
    • MIG welding qualification
