We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Microlifts Division supporting a Nationwide team of Microlift Installation Engineers and suppliers. We are looking for Engineers who hold a NVQ within their profession, and have experience of working within the lift industry. We are looking for individuals who are able to interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings etc, enabling you to use your knowledge and experience to complete technical assessments and on site audits; determining any faults to provide resolution.
As a Technical Engineer, you will possess strong interpersonal skills and will be able to interact across all levels of the organisation. The role will involve liaising effectively with our Engineers and suppliers to effectively provide a friendly and professional service to our customers.
Whilst the role is predominantly office based in Andover the role will require occasional site attendance which will include travel and overnight stays, therefore a driving license is also essential for this role. Working hours are 8:30 – 17:15 Monday to Friday with a 13:00 finish on a Friday (1 in 4 Fridays finishing at 15:45).
