  • Overview

    We are looking for a Field Repair Manager to join our Bristol Service Branch.  Working as a Field Repair Manager, you will manage a small team of Engineers and Sub Contractors who will complete repairs on all types of Industrial and Domestic Lifts within National Contracts and Network Rail across the South West.


    The role is to ensure that KPI’s are met and that Engineers are adhering to company policies, ethics and  Health and Safety requirements to ensure compliance on all work completed. 


    We are looking for effective communicators with previous lift experience; managerial experience is also desirable in this role.  As training and developing your team is key for a Field Service Manager, ideal candidates will hold a minimum of NVQ3 within Lift Engineering.

    • Good understanding technically of the lift industry in both the complex repair of products but also supply lines and other solutions

    • Maintenance of Portfolio
    • Personal Focus meetings with engineering staff
    • Organisation of effective allocation and planning of all repair work

    • Organisation of Engineers equipment and documents

    • Participation in the out of hours service management rota


    • The successful applicant must be qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering
